No, they don't. Stihl makes their own bars, and chains, and they are different in size, weight and shape. They also have different metal in them, as GB uses titanium and Stihl does not. Stihl has a 90 degree angled oil hole, and GB has a 45 degree one. Compare the shapes of the bars too. Stihl has a more oval shaped bar than GB does in the same lenghts.

I have several of each brand (GB and Stihl) in the 16-24 inch 3/8 0.050 sizes, and they are in fact way different bars.

Just put bars, chains and sprockets on 2 of my saws today.
25" 3/8 050 Rollomatic ES / 33RSC / 8 tooth rim on the MS660,
16" 3/8 Picco 050 Rollomatic E / 63PM / 6 tooth spur on the 018C.

I guess my favorite isn't on the list as well.

i have been saying all along that Stihl makes its own bars, and that GB while a good bar doesnt have anything to do with Stihl......

I run mostly Stihl bars on my Stihls and Husqvarnas. I also have Cannon bars for both and 4 Husqvarna/Oregon bars. I want to buy a reduced weight Oregon to try out.

Better look again...........Stihl has a deeper mount.........GB is shallow mount......On the tips...

Stihl and GB ProTop, That's all i own now. I'm not an expert but the stihl bars are better than anything i have ever had.

The stihl nose looks a lot stonger, The rivets are larger and there are four more of them.

GB tips look like they wouldn't hold worth a crap. I've seen GB bars but didn't have the desire to run one.

If you stand the tips on the table the Stihl tip is about a 1/2" longer in the nose and that might be the reason for the extra rivets .......
