This saw has good compression and no spark. I took the muffler off and the piston looked good. It sat in a garage for the last 3 years. Make me an offer on it. The chain brake is also non operational and is missing parts.

If you part it out and the coil is any good, I might take it.


Freakingstang....coil could still be good, could be the points. I just cleaned up an 028 and the points were stuck open. The coil was good...or kind of good.... the windings are ok but the wire is broke off at the coil. I soldered it back and it worked but for how long?
