Recently my cs346 echo has been getting harder to start and keep running.I put new plug, fuel filter and air filter. This saw is a year old and always ran like a top.Yesterday, after exhusting myself trying to start it,I noticed when I remove the gas cap there is a lot of vacumn in the fuel tank. After I put the fuel cap back on it will briefly start and stall like it isn't getting fuel.I took cap back off and vacumn again.I think it must be a vent problem? Can anyone help me?How is it vented? What should I do?Thanks for any help.

HiOctane,
You wouldn't belive what I went thru to get at the vent valve. After a dissambly of my saw, almost completely,I found the valve after I pulled the flywheel off. It is running great now. Thanks for the help.
