General 2 stoke question

I know what you mean! But this motor is apparently very popular with the RC airplane folk which says something good about the motor at least.

maybe ,but its probly cause its cheap ,a lot cheaper than cutting up a stihl or any good branded equiptment for that matter

OK so I pulled the carb and went through it carefully, gave it a good clean and it's now starting easily and running really well. It is easy to flood this one if you miss the 1st fire on full choke.
