Gets to full throttle briefly then bogs down

This is on a Stihl concrete saw but the principles should be the same. It develops full rpm for a few seconds and bogs down. Only way to keep it going is adding choke, and the cycle repeats.

Just won't hold full throttle.

No doubt carb cleaning and adjusting is called for.

Any suggestions on which carb screw to turn?

Check/ clean/ replace fuel lines, air filter, fuel filter.
If still problematic dismantle & clean carb out & put a kit in it if necessary.
Set screws to factory no. turns out & tune from there.
If problems still exist at that point you either got something wrong or you need to do a pressure/ vac test on it
