Dada......

The prices did go up. Not everywhere yet but by the end of next year they will.

The 200T went from 499.95 to 549.95, from Stihl Northeast.

Seems like a helluva lot of money for a small top-handle saw! :jawdrop:
What makes these things so special?
If you ever get the chance to run one your question will be answered. So much power in a compact package. Hit the trigger and hold on......

ya can hang from a tree upside down, and cut with it:laugh:

yep

used an 020T for years and the thing will flat out haul up in a tree! Man I wish I still had that saw:(

In short its a race saw from the factory. Light, balanced, and powerful. it spins 15,000-15,500. And doesnt lose too much when in the wood. I wuld say in small diameter wood it would take most any stock saw even out of its class. Great saws!!! If you take the muffler screens out they get even more power, and ported I have heard they are flat out scary.

come on guys........
now he's going to want one and i'm not sharing.:ices_rofl:

and so is the MS200... The rear handled same engine version of the "T".

You can also get a couple of thousand hours of the engine before major work... so...

Nice pics. Country looks nice. The cottage sounds like a nice getaway place for you and the Mrs to hang out and enjoy each others company.

what I'm curious about is when these saws are shipped from a dealer, or a "warehouse" as they are reffered to be in, does that mean that they will carry the full STIHL warranty?? I've seen a couple of MS660's on Ebay that were listed as overstock from big tree businesses selling unneeded or unused equipment. Seller said STIHL is ok with this, as they arent doing it on a reg. basis, but selling them bc they didnt need them or something.
