He has got some really good deals. I confess that I just spent a bundle there! His prices are about half of what my local shop charges (though I love them dearly- I almost always have a broken down saw in their shop). For instance, part of my purchase was a pair of 36" skip tooth chains for around fifty bucks. Crazy.

That's not much of a deal, compared to buying 100 foot reels, anyhow. Prices are up recently, but at what a reel of Stihl chain used to cost me--$205-225, chain loops would cost about .50 a bar inch. I'm not sure anyone but Washingtonians can get Stihl chain that cheap, thanks to Madsen's being in our state.
