heating hot tub with owb

I have been thinking about buying a hot tub used. they are dirt cheap right now, and heating it with my shaver 165 I had a few questions the size would be 8 by 8 foot was wondering about the heat exchanger? what size would i need and what kind of load would be on the stove right now i make creosote all the time even when it 5 degrees outside. my house is insulated extremely well thanks mike
