I have a heatmaster5000. Im in my first year with it but love it so far, I easily get 18- 20 hour burns heating 2500 ft and dhw, ashes are easy to clean out, my dealer has been real helpful too. A couple of weeks into using it the pump quit on a saturday night, I called him up and he told me couple things to check it ended up just being switch on pump w/ little duct tape I got it going again, and on monday he came and replaced pump and switch both.
