Help identifying this tree

I've uploaded some pic's in hopes someone may be able to identify this tree. I've had several people look at the fruit and leaves but so far no one has been able to tell me anything. It's growing in Eastern Oklahoma and is the only one in the 25+ years living here I've come across so I'm thinking it is not indigenous to the area and was planted by the previous owner of the property.

Bradford pear possibly.

I believe it is an asian pear.

Looks like one.

Heavily laden too.

Wish mine, planted last autumn, was laden at all.

Poor temperature and weather conditions this year. Had nice flowers though, but very early.
