I saw the following ad today from a homeowner that has a tree he would like milled if anyone is interested. Here is the ad:
Wanted: portable lumber mill or portable mill service

We have a dying oak tree that must come down. The trunk is largely free of rot and it seems wasteful to not put it to good use. We would be willing to buy (if cheap enough), rent, or hire a mill to rip it into usable boards.
