My first Redwood was bigger than that one, I may have felled bigger trees, but Cody has probably felled more and is still at it.

All the respect in the world for you guys, but I'm glad I don't have to mess with anything near that big.

Redwood logging was a blend of art and science, an enormous amount of precision was involved due to the size, weight, height, value and nature of the tree. You didn't just hack away at a tree worth $20k.

Personally I found it tedious. Spending half a day to put a big one on the ground and the rest of the day bucking it. Give me 60" DF any day.

yeah tungsten should work fine. been thinking about a set of carbide and titanium alloyed ones.
