How many saws are in your "plan"?

I used to just run 1 homeowner saw, but now I am up to 4 saws depending on what I am cutting. Got my little Homie XL 12" bar, for limbing, Poulan Pro 260 14" bar for cutting smaller stuff already on the ground, Husky 350 18" for general stuff, then an Echo 590 for any large logs.

2 top handles (1 is a back up)
1 50cc 18" for my groundies to constantly dull
2 60 cc 20" for in tree, 25" for stumps and firewood
1 80cc 25" for in tree
1 90cc 36" for big trees
2 120cc 48" for felling cottonwoods and elms. 42" for milling
And an electric pole saw for early mornings

I have 2 saws I use regularly, and one hardly ever. I have no plans to buy another one any time soon.

A Dolmar 421 for my dad to use

About 7 50cc Huskies/J-reds on the 350/346/353 chassis. I use these saws for everything up to 18". They see lots of limbing and thinning duty and firewood use.

An 036 and 2159 for bucking firewood or packing along when I don't know what I'll need

A 365 and 2 044/440s for felling and storm cleanup

A 2166 for large firewood

A 395 for big stuff. Adding a second one as a backup soon hopefully.

@chipper1 . Right now only have 1-550, 1-562 ported, 1-372oe ported, 1-372xt, 1-390 and 2 357,372xt owned by local logger (needed small repairs).

I have many saws but I always bring two whenever I go cut. 372 with a 28’ Oregon light bar for felling and bucking, 353 with a 20’ bar for limbing and cleaning up. Sometimes I will throw my MS 261C in just to switch it up with the 353.

I’ve got a dozen or so right now. When I’m going to the woods for firewood I take MS362 with a 20” , ported 044 with 24” and ported 046 with a 28”.

Rich on TIME. That's what I don't have enough of to watch movies.
