it's under water. went there yesterday to pick up the boards with nails in them off the ground while the snow was melted. got the job for 1k$, all the hardware gets put on her tree lawn for garbage pick up and I'll chip whatever doesn't have metal in it

You could jack the posts out with a Hi-Lift jack and a chain. I jacked my neighbor's flagpole out, and it set in concrete 3 1/2 ft. deep.
