Huskvarna 50 cylinder

Hi all, just pulled the cylinder on a cheap husqvarna 50 i got . There is some light scoring on the exhaust side and also some pitting? . I was going to try sand it out as you can barley feel it with your nail.

Am i wasting my time . Its the original mahle cylinder.
I was going to chance a new piston and ring . How bad is too bad ?
