Husky 394-how can I test for vacuum leak.

Base gasket seems sound, but when I blow gently through the impulse line I can hear a leak but I don’t see how it can seal totally anyway.

Nevermind saw a video of a guy doing a pressure test and later on he showed how you have to seal off the muffler and carb. I boneheadedly forgot you have to do that duh

Per the service manual you could use

Service tools: 502 50 38-01 Pressure gauge 502 52 01-01 Cover plate, intake 502 71 39-01 Cover plate, exhaust 502 52 04-01 Sleeves, 2 pieces

Or make your own
