They are my favorite big saw, yes you want the 5mmx .08 inserts, problem with having 40 saws or so is getting time on all of them, and once you run ported saws it kinda ruins you on stock saws
 
Bad case of CAD huh? I think the only place to go from there is racing/hot saws, alky/nitro and big pipes...there's worse problems to have:lol:.
 
That screw is 60mm long. When the holes strip out, it's usually because someone use the wrong length screw. Measure yours and see if it's 60mm long.

Could there be any chance of it not being stripped at all, just the bolt not reaching the threads? That would be some ****
 
Bolt measured out at 60mm, would've been nice if that was all. Thanks for the tip though.
 
Howdy,
There's usually a few MM of threads left beyond the reach of the stock bolt. If you've been living right, you can screw a stud in with JB on it. Then double nut it.
