Okay, so I sold my 2100, so the parts are going next. I want to give you guys first chance on any of these items, I am open to offer on any of them, so don't be afraid to ask!

First up is the clutch assembly. Is an Oregon drum, and Stihl sprocket. - $35

Also have a fuel tank. I have put gas in the gas, and oil in the oil compartment, and it did not leak. So I believe it is in good shape. - $85

Lastly in this group, is a thin ring piston, and cylinder, both look good as you can see in the pics. The piston, does have a scratch in the end of it, but it doesn't go all the way through to the top of the piston. - $150

Lastly, is the coil. Is brand new, bought it and never used it. So it has never been used! Is a SEM. $100

I'm open to offers, on individually and a group of stuff, or all of the stuff. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

I could also use at least one thick ring piston. Considering trying an Episan from Norrhwoods. Still want at least one OEM slug....

Go away circus bear..........I smelled the blood in the water from way over here.....

O.K. Crankcase is on the way to Tennessee

Piston, cylinder, and clutch on its way to New York.

So the rest is still available. Am open to offers on all of it!

Last time I checked Northwoodsaw they didn't have any episan 2100 pistons, and they said the could no longer get them. If i remember righg they did however have them in stock for the 1100, but I'm not 100% sure it is interchangeable.

I may have a very slightly used 2100 episan piston left over from tinkering.. If you need it I will look and see for sure that I still have it.

I'm also reasonably sure I have a couple of used OEM thick ring 2101xp pistons that should be in usable condition.

I am interested in those pistons.

Looking at the IPL's, I see that the first 2100CD IPL shows the same part number for the piston as the last 1100CD. Later 2100CD's have different part numbers. The crank assemblies also show different numbers between the early and late 2100's.

Dunno for sure whether the pistons will interchange throughout the whole series, but I'm willing to try an 1100CD application Episan piston from Nortwoods. So the Episan 2100 piston had a different # than the Episan 1100 piston?

Last piston I stuck in was the thick ring piston.

Got one from Saw Salvage, Duke, Meteor Version

Are you sure that slug you got from Duke Thieroff was a Meteor made for a 2100 Husky? Or was it a Meteor piston for a saw other than a Husky 2100?

Meteor doesn't make a piston for the 1100-2101 series (I wish they did). There have been Episan, VEC, Golf, and whatever Little Red Barn on eBay sells (and misc no-name aftermarket pistons being sold on eBay by various sellers as well).

I'll dig around and see exactly what I have, I know I have several 2100-2101 pistons. It'll be late next week before I can look however, I'm leaving for el Salvador in a couple of days.

Mahle also makes a 2101xp piston, I picked up a couple of them a few weeks ago... Very nice looking pistons, unfortunately I bought the only two they had, but they looked to be recent production and not NOS.
