Picked these up a few months back the 254 is pretty well complete and will run but not well the starter assembly and sprocket cover are off of the 257. The Piston and cylinder are in good condition on the 254.
The 257 is missing a few things the muffler, coil, air conductor possibly a few other smalls. The crank turns over but is a bit rough. It will need a piston but the cylinder seems like it could be able to be salvaged. The starter assembly and sprocket cover and both on the 254. $375 plus shipping for the pair.
