My Rattler 254xpg is a very impressive saw, will give a ported 346 a run for it's money and that is saying something, I hope to build another 254 I have soon, one of the best kept secrets imo.

Got it done.new bearings and seals, cleaned the the OEM cylinder.new meteor piston and ring, new oem fuel line carb kit,new worm gear.runs and oils excellent set stock.i did no modifications to the muffler or cylinder.not sure if the heated handles work.i don't really rev it that high without cutting.book says they turn on at like 10,000 rpms.
