Sold Husqvarna 254XP project saw

Im selling my Husqvarna 254XP. Its been a project saw form the get go. I ported the saw myself and modded the muffler. I replaced the seals and base gasket. Crankshaft, crank bearings and piston are all in good shape. The rings need to be replaced still. The plastic's of the saw look like hell and the recoil cover is in rough shape. I haven't been able to get the saw to run yet. Not sure if its a carb problem or what ever. Don't have the time to mess with it and i need to make room for other junk lolol.
