Husqvarna 350BT backpack leaf blower will not start.

I have a Husqvarna 350BT leaf blower which has a good spark, good compression, and I have replaced the carb, ignition coil, piston, and cylinder, and flywheel key is good still does not want to start. Any advice will be appreciated.

Have you tried putting a few drops of mix straight into the intake or into the cylinder?
Did it get pressure/vacuum tested after it's new piston?
What is the compression?

You've done to much already for this to be the issue, but for anyone else who stumbles into this thread, these things don't like to start if you leave the throttle lock on. Mine starts first pull every time, but if the throttle is still wide open, it's impossible to get going until I notice the mistake and close the throttle.
