Thanks for the help guys. I picked the saw up for cheap and saw it run, I was gonna buy it either way for parts. I also have a big bore 365. But it ran, started fine and felt like it had compression. The transfers look untouched. And there is only damage in the pictured area. The bolts were tight when I pulled the cylinder. It makes sense to me that it was run loose and buddy must have tightened it back up. Where would I get the best price on an oem p/c?
 
I also noticed that the two intake side cylinder screws are 1/4” shorter than the two exhaust side screws. Is that normal? I remember them being the same size on the 365

Should be the same length.
