Husqvarna 395 fuel tank screws stripped

Wondering if there's a fix for the bottom screws in the tank for the handle.

The screws that serve the same purpose on a stihl are a titch bigger in diameter. Get some of those.

Cheapest: buy next size up screws.
Best value: Fill the stripped hole with epoxy, let set, drill and re-tap.
Best fix / most $: buy a riv-nut install tool, install riv nuts of appropriate size.

Are referring to the one on the bottom of the tank, they have an insert #7 503 75 38-01

Yup your right.i couldn't remember.he also said he was dropping off there 395.but it's the 394 they have which has inserts also.thanks!!
