husqvarna 480cd 2 piece flywheel questions

I am new to two piece flywheels. On the 480CD, what holds the fins to the hub, is it just press-fit. Does it require special tools to separate and/or re-assemble the pieces. Also what is the function of the thin ring (#371). Thanks

Thanks for sharing my 480cd ignition armature plate and flywheel looks very different from yours sadly no idea of the thin ring function

Yes, never got an answer. I guess it is a felt ring. Still unsure how much work it is to separate and/or re-assemble the two piece flywheel.
