Ok....I know that plastic you are adding must be of the same material as plastic you are welding...

Is chainsaw plastic tank of the same material as zipties?

Tanks are usually fiberglass filled nylon. Zip ties are unfilled nylon so should be compatible

If yes....that wont be a problem...as I have professional heat gun/blower...

You need to heat the metal fastener from the inside after it is assembled with a soldering iron or gun on the exposed head. A heat gun is worthless in this application.

Shoud I add some aluminium foil into plastic to strenghten the threads?

No, it would just prevent bonding of the plastic. Aluminum foil is weak. Remember, the original threads were plastic and worked fine until a ham-fisted gorilla got a hold of it.
