Husqvarna 55 value?

I have one that’s low on compression it needs a ring but I ordered a piston too without looking at it. I figure it’s worth $275.

I almost hate to sell some of the older Husky saws after I finish going through them.....they seem easier to repair and maintain then the newer ones, have magnesium cases, and the older vibration control systems don't seem to bother my hands. No EPA crap on them. I know I can't keep them all LOL....but my 262's, a couple of 55's and my 266 are staying! I have to say though that my plastic 350 has favorably impressed me!

I agree I like working on the older husky saws today with no epa crap. So easy yo work on. I enjoy hearing them run again.

Did anyone see the buckin billy Ray video with his 266 it’s a beast.

No, but my stock 266 is as much saw as I'll ever need or want.....

266 is Impressive? The 181/288 are even more power.
