Late Update: I had forgotten how much fun those clutch springs are. They probably have a special tool for that but if you have three arms or hold the screwdriver in your teeth while prying it into place with some serious finger strength on each side - you'll do fine. A weak clutch spring was the right call. I put a carb kit in but that didn't do it. It would scream but still wouldn't idle without the chain turning. The new clutch spring solved the problem. Thanks for the help guys.
 
His videos encouraged me to get a 266, found one that is almost mint has a little carbon scoring but when I get time I will take care of that.
