I read this with great interest, not in the "product" but in the unorthodox manner of presentation...

That better be the hardest wood in the world, as in made of gold. $400 for a pickup load that has only been cut to length? I can get a pickup load of seasoned hardwood, about a cord, for $240 from a commercial dealer here in VA. That is cut, split and delivered. 2 1/2 cord dump truck for $400.
Personally I go to a local place where you cut your own for 75 a cord. The feller pulls a bunch of logs up and you just get to cuttin', he even provides a couple old manual log splitters.

16 HP Mercury - WW2 Chainsaw - $300 (Fredericksburg)

http://fredericksburg.craigslist.org/atq/1951327592.html

A two-man Combat Engineer chainsaw from WW2 (1942 dated). I'm selling the chainsaw for $300.00 or best offer. The motor is a 16 HP Mercury engine. Included with the chainsaw is the original shipping crate with appropriate WW2 markings. The chainsaw is not currently running but is in good condition and a good candidate for restoration.

Looks interesting, anyway.
