I had some 2x4s left from a project, so I put some wood rails on my flatbed. I normally have 10" metal sideboards. I removed them and made this. I am thinking that i will add some wire mesh. The 2x4s in the back were just for the mock up. I will put 2x6s there. I just made them 2 foot tall, but I can still round it up higher. I realize it was a simple project and a monkey could of done it, but I was pleased.
There are different views below.

Very nice job.

Here in NY the politicians have corrupted our police into revenue generators with guns so you see wood hauling trucks getting pulled over and weighed quite often.

Looks good. You could put some kind of pins through the 2x6's outside the side rails to keep the side rails from being pushed out in the back. :clap:

That is kind of what I was thinking. I thought about a block on the one end and a pin on the other. Pins on both ends may be better just because then you could pull it out from either side. Thanks.
