idle adustment for echo 590 timberwolf"

My echo 590 timberwolf is spinning at idle, i'd like to slow er down but can't find the adjustment. Does anyone know where the adjustment is? Thanks.

Its on the right side of the saw, close to where the handle bolts to the saw. You will a black grommet with 3 holes in it, its the screw on top.

When you find it go counter clockwise a tad.

It's the upper hole that has the T next to it. With the saw idling just back the screw out slowly with a small flat blade screwdriver until the chain stops spinning.

lf this does not help....mabe your clutch springs need replacing, but by the sounds of things the idle screw should help. Are you impressed with your T-wolf?

Yes. I am well impressed with it.

Oh you weren't talking to me were you? See what these saws do, they make me want to brag. Cost me under $350 to my door from the US and yes it was brand new! Gotta love that!
