Hi,

I have a Jonsered 2165 with a big bore 76 on it. I have issues of what appears as seize up in the cylinder when I run the saw under load for sustained periods. The last this happened I let it cool as usual then upon trying to restart it acted as if choke wasnt enough to get it started. Thats the best way I can explain it.

Pull the muffler and look for scoring on the piston. If no scoring exists then do a compression check.
