Well,

I have been re scanning my Poulan Ipl with a kind of new scanner which does a fair job. Then I remembered about the micro fiche libraries I have for Poulan, McCulloch, and Echo. I tried scanning the shop manual for the sp125 and found that it was just legible, but not good enough. The highest dpi I can go is 1200 and that is the problem. I think I will look for a better scanner a little later and see If I can scan my Libraries. That way I can scan an entire ipl or two at the time. If anyone wants any copies when I finish let me know. I guess I could put the entire library on one pdf file with an index card.

Scanned from paper documents

They always seem a little fuzzy compared to an original .pdf document.
Maybe scanners & software have improved, but I don't think scanned from
paper will ever be as clear as computer generated from scratch.

I have a couple of old Poulan's, sure any material on them would be
handy for AS members.
