I was working on a buddy of mines Homelite 240 this afternoon, was DOA. Upon inspection of it I found it had good spark so I went straight for the carburetor. Found the inlet screen to be packed FULL of sawdust AND that **** that the little fuel filter was made of. So I rebuilt the Carb, cleaned out the tank, and installed a new STIHL fuel filter on the line. Fired right up in a couple pulls and seems to run good, but when you peg it to full throttle and tune it to 'four-cycle' it hunts like crazy. So is it electronically governed or do I have another issue here?
