Is Stihl badge on MS250 recoil housing removable?

Is the round orange Stihl badge on the fan housing of my MS250 removable and reusable? There seem to be some little pegs on it that engage in the housing, but I can't figure out if they just knock out, or if they were somehow heat welded or glued in place so they can not be removed without damaging them.

Just pry it off but use good judgement

There are some oil holes for the spring under there too.

They're only snapped in.
