Is this a Stihl 041?

Long time lurker on here. My brother got this saw “refurb” off Craigslist a few years ago. Is this a Stihl 041?

Is there a decent carb I can put on it that won’t gum up?

Is there a good bar tensioner screw nut that won’t flex, bend, or recede on its own?

Yep, 041. Genuine Tillotson is the way to go for the carb, and genuine Stihl is the way to go for the tensioner.
