Jonsered 590 or 2051

Okay guys I have a opportunity to get either a Jonsered 590 or a 2051. Both as far as I can tell are lightly used and within $15.00. I have heard that 2051 is a real nice running saw. Also is the 590 almost the same as a Partner 5000? Not going to tell were they are at.:msp_wink:

Both aRE good saws. The 2051 is close too the 2055, just alittle earlier. Look close at the front of the oil tank, they are prone to cracking with rough use.

You should take the 2051.

Then send the 590 to me! I'm missing one of those for my Partner collection. :hmm3grin2orange:

590 for sure. Great saw, only downfall is top ends are almost impossible to find. It's basically a Partner 5000+, but 45mm instead of 44mm.
