jonsered decompression

hello i was getting ready to buy a jonsered 910 and the owner said the decomp button didnt work and that it was carbined up?? I was wondering if this could be a problem? thanks

Its not really a problem,the saw is harder to pull start.You can remove it to decarbonise and clean it.Check if the valve is not pitted,if yes replace it.
