Kubota d950 to d905 conversion

I have an old bobcat with a tired kubota d950 3cyl diesel in it. I am looking to replace it with a newer d905 engine for ease of finding parts. I expect some fab work to make it fit but does anyone know how different the two are. I think the flywheel part is going to be the biggest obstacle.
