Just bought a 365 for hardwood felling and the factory spike is JUNK. Anyone got a set of oversized bucking spikes for it???

The small spike works well in hardwood, the larger spike is for west coast spruce/pine with thick shag bark. You lose some usable bar length with the bigger spikes, and with a 365 you'll slow down a lot with much over a 20" bar buried in hardwood.
Of course, if you're talking about the smooth "bumper", that is junk.
