Large mount 2260

I like the large mount of the husky saws so I built me a red version after my mistakes of trying to use a 562 crank in a 2260. So t bought a 562 case and swapped everything over. I need a few parts that I borrowed from a different saw but I think it looks way nicer than the orange.

Those complete cases are pretty cheap too. Plus six bolts. I've never researched, did they upgrade the red saws too when they found the leakage problem on the 562s?

I have 3 and the oldest one I have is a 12 or 13 and they all have 6 bolt cases.

The large mount would definitely benefit from a lightweight bar. I think it's as heavy as my 2166

I need to find someone to port the crap out of it so I can try my hand at some competitions this summer/ fall. But I'm still green with all the porting and stuff but I want to learn.

Well I weighed this saw today and with a 20" bar and 3/8 chain full of fluids it came in at 19 pounds. Not sure I'm going to keep it together for long but I might as I just got a wrecked 2260 with a good crank and piston and cylinder so I can possible build one more.
