M and M chipper

Has any one knowledge bout a M and M chipper ,looks to be 70 or so ,300 6cyl ford . I bought it cheep with rebuilt motor and new knives and belts . Not running ,had a bad starter ,and dirty gas tank .
 
whats close ,1/8"or less ? . It cuts ok now but kicks pieces out when they get short . The blades are sharp but the anvil looks worn . Now i know why they have feed rollers ,my arms look bad .I got a 8 acre tree dump property in the city cheep and it's looking good but lots of brush still .Thanks for the help .

I used to run an older 12" Fitchburg and set the knives 1/16" from the bed knife, that seemed optimum and it would chip fast without bogging the motor down.
