M S 311 oiler

chain not getting oil but there is plenty oil oil running down case any ideas ??

Plugged oil hole in the bar or a plugged top rail section on bar... clean out with compressed air or the small orange screwdriver. Run the saw briefly with the bar off and make sure the oil is flowing out of the slot. If not there is a plug in the oil feed galley. If there is oil gushing from the slot then the problem is a clogged up bar.
