Made a good 038 deal tonite

I just got home at midnite tonite from one of my saw connections, went to make a deal on a 046 but found 2 038s. One is a 038 mag in fair cond and runs good and the other a 038av in great shape,and runs great. We made a trade for the mag, i brought it home to nite. and I'm gonna go back this week or this weekend and get the other. I got em both for 250. I'm pretty happy rite now. pics comming tomorrow fuzz.

Finaly got them together. i just pulled the rope out on the mag but oh well, it needs some tlc,but not to bad for the money. the other one is pretty nice i think.

Nice score! 038's are great saws built like a tank. A good one will still bring 375 to 425 at the shop.

Thanx i didn't relize they were so valuble. I'm gonna fix up the mag while i can still get parts. I have another really nice one not pictured. Mabey ill sell one and put it towards a 460
