Make me a baby saw...

I have used rough reinforced sand"paper" to shape the edges and sand the epoxy/fiberglass, and I help out with a grinder-bit on a mini drill down to the edge of the masking tape.



Finished part look like this;



Some primer/filler and it's ready for paint.

This saw was a fun and useful tool indeed as it was - even though I couldn't use the top part of the front grip because the chain brake handle/guard was just way too close to the grip and would constantly engage.
Now it's like it should have been if the engineers and designers had done their job instead of taking the shortcut

Looks like it’s factory or better.

Great job, have made aircraft parts the same way, foam for shape, reinforce as required, glass over the top, Lovely job there, some neat glass work too, well done.
