Thanks, but no. I gave my SP81E project to young ChainsawmanXX several years ago. Never heard back from him. I have reduced my herd by six so far this year - PM850, PM800, SP125C, 2 PM6As and a little XL Homey. Probably done for a while.

Hey fellers, I find myself in need of a set of thin rings for a mac 7-10. I have a set of thick ones to trade if desired or dead presidents to offset your expense.

I find myself in need of a 7-10 lol [emoji12]
Honestly though, I'm no help haha.

I have a spare 7-10 that needs a little work. It is an early one with the lever type compression release but is missing the operator for the release. Something is keeping the plunger down but I am not sure what.

Excellent opportunity to also share the latest news on the 10 Series full wrap. Since the one I dropped off for them to look at came from a RH start saw they fit perfectly on a RH start saw, the shape is a bit more like the ones on the SP80/81 than the original but the look pretty good. They will fit a LH start saw but you must have the oldest type of clutch cover and the wrap will fit tight against the front of the starter and the bottom of the clutch cover. Here it is on the available 7-10...

You will need to have the clutch cover like the one on the right.

On the 4-10, perfect fit all around.

If we can get a commitment for 15 of them they will be $50 each, for only 10 they would be $75.

Here it is side by side with the original.
