I want the FJ60, Wished I had my old FJ40 back.
Any how Lee and I cut at the wood lot all day. It started out cutting in the rain, but quit raining around 10:00 and the rest of the day was cutting in the over cast. Only saws used was the saws from last week, PM6 and PM10-10. The PM6 performed flawlessly, the PM10-10 had a couple issues. First it would oil for a little bit and quit, even the manual oiler would not work. I thought the bar was stopped up. I found out that I would check the oil and it would seam to work for a while and quit again. The vent hole in the oil cap was stopped u. Looked like the cap had melted somehow. Took a small drill bit and a pair of vice grips and made a hole in it. Like I said last week this is a saw I had not had out cutting. I got it, cleaned it up, cleaned the carb, replaced the crank seals and set it on the shelve. While cutting, I noticed that it seamed to want to quit or bog down. I thought after last week I must have gotten something in the carb but seamed to clear after opening the fuel cap. I cleaned it off and sucked through the vent and nothing. I sucked a little harder and it unclogged and started working. So it was a kind of clogged kind of day.
Other than that we cut a lot of wood.
