not adjustable as far as I can tell.
make sure the oil cap vent is unobstructed.
has 2 check valves that must work for it to pump oil.
one is in the oil inlet.the other is in the pump body and is not replaceable as a seperate item
 
I found a small set screw on the pump and turned it in. The problem was to much oil. It slowed it down some but I was hoping this is the right adjustment.
 
Yep, thats the adjustment screw on it. Gotta love the way its adjusted on the Macs. my mac 120 has the same setup for adjusting it.
 
OH, now I see it..did not see it on the ipl.
and also found in an intertech manual that it says that there is an adjustment screw on early models only. turn in for decreased flow out for increased.
Only the later models were non adjustable.

that screw limits the distance of travel for the piston that pumps oil. if you want to make a later model have an adjustable oiler, just get an oiler from a Mac 120 series, and install it. I'm pretty sure the pump is the same, just different housing on the saw.
