Wow... thanks aggie. Looks like you guys had a great time. Lots of great pics. The good, the bad and the ugly too (the hardware you found). Wish I wasn't 2000 miles away.

Looks like it didn't booger up any other cutters, at least in the vacinity of the break. I clipped a 20p nail a couple of years back...okay, cut it in half, and sheared one cutter off, and mangled 3 others. Really twisted them up.

You got more prizes in your oak than we got in that nail filled walnut. Nasty.
Just adds to the "experience" of milling.

It took the tops off a few other cutters. I'll be rebuilding this one eventually..
