i don't know if that is how you spell "mimosa", it is a tree common in Oklahoma--- i have been told that it is toxic if it is burned- does anyone know if this is true or where i could find information on the web about this?

thanks for any help that might be available....

I've found them to be more of an itchy-sneezy thing rather than toxic so to speak. I doubt they would burn very well without other wood added to the fire and letting them dry out a while before burning. They hold a fair amount of water.
